Centerville Elementary School Art Club
How it works:
Art Clubs are hosted directly after school, beginning at 4pm. Students will be sent to the art room after school lets out at around 3:45pm, they will meet me for a light snack (provided by me) and begin their official class time at 4pm. At the end of the workshop, I will bring the kids to the front of the school for parent pickup. If your child is a part of the YMCA after school program, you would just let me know and I will escort them there.
Art Expressions Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd Grade:
Students will work with a variety of art materials and techniques. In a fun and unique project based curriculum, we will explore themes inspired by the seasons, culture, art history and modern art. Students will work on their fine motor skills, socialize and hopefully learn a new skill or about an artist or material they were not familiar with before.

Art Foundations 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades:
Students will work on engaging projects that will focus on the foundations of art and design. With a focus on drawing and painting, we will improve our our art-making skills and complete projects with care and attention in a fun and social environment.
